Michael “Brody” Broshears is Director of University College at Illinois State University, where he leads advising, orientation, academic support, and student success efforts. With more than 30 years in higher education, Brody has built a career rooted in the belief that higher education can transform lives. He is committed to honest dialogue, inclusive leadership, and fostering environments where both students and staff thrive. An active member of NACADA, Brody currently serves on the Administrators’ Institute Advisory Board and is a long-time faculty member for the institute. He holds degrees from Indiana University and Miami University.
